Ingredients:
2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Juice from half a lemon
2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 TBSP tahini
⅓ cup of olive oil
Directions:
Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, and tahini in food processor.
Slowly add olive oil until smooth consistency is achieved
